Some AI platforms also support two-way communication with your dispatch system: if the AI is asked 'when can you come?' it can read the live schedule and give accurate availability rather than a generic 'we'll call you back to arrange a time.'
Pricing the coverage correctly
The cost question for trades businesses is simple: how many after-hours emergency jobs do you capture per month, and what is the average revenue per job?
