The product
Talking Bolts is an AI voice agent platform for small businesses. It answers inbound phone calls, books appointments, qualifies leads, and handles support enquiries — 24 hours a day, without additional staff.
The platform is built on top of Vapi for telephony and voice AI, deployed on Cloudflare Workers at the edge, and backed by Neon Postgres for per-tenant data isolation. Each AI agent connects to your existing calendar, CRM, or booking system so bookings happen in real time on the call — not via a promised callback.
The goal is simple: a business that uses Talking Bolts should never lose a customer to an unanswered phone.
